Spring 2010-In Studio Audience

Focus had another successful live studio audience finale! Guest star Dustin Booth was on to promote his films "Clear Lake, WI," and his upcoming film, "Statue of David." Nick Foreman and Chris Davin of Minneapolis based band A Moment Without were interviewed on their experiences being a college band, and later, the full band played an acoustic version of their song "Shooting Stars are Sharp." The audience also enjoyed live dream interpretations from Dr. Tina, and a special guest appearance by German correspondent Klaus Fusspilze, as well as a video tour of the new Twins Stadium.. Audience participation games included Twins Trivia and Where's Klaus-O?

What is Focus Productions?

We are a University student broadcasters organization that has produced quality student programming, such as the weekly talk program FOCUS ON U, since 1985.

"Focus on U" is the longest running television program on the University and River Falls cable television networks. Produced weekly, we address issues of interest to campus and community. Guests have included former astronaut Dan Brandenstein, editor of "Wired" magazine John Battelle, and "Mystery Science Theatre 2000" writer and star Michael J. Nelson.
